Deli-Food Court Cooks are responsible for preparing food by cooking, grilling, frying, sautéing, baking and displaying food for menu items, customer orders, buffet food bars and deli cases. Cooks will also operate grills, stoves, ovens, mixers, slicers, fryers, scales as well as wrap and price items within the deli and food court departments. They will prepare food for special customer orders, clean dishes; fill displays while also assisting customers with purchases and any other tasks assigned by management. Deli-Food Court Cooks are responsible for maintaining a clean work area and following all safety rules set in place by the store.
