What We Need From You
An O & E Processor receives and processes incoming orders from customers requesting an Owner and Encumbrance report (O & E) for real estate property. An O & E report includes the legal description of a property along with open voluntary and involuntary liens, pertaining to the property and/or property owner, and recorded in the county in which the property is located, along with the deed(s) vesting ownership and related documents, which may include filed bankruptcy petitions. This position requires processing a high volume of requests in a timely manner. The O & E Processor will also search the public records of the county in which a subject property is located and prepare additional informational and limited coverage title insurance products, which may provide more detailed information regarding recorded liens and ownership of a subject property.

The pay range represents the low and high end of the salary range we reasonably expect to pay for this position at the time of posting. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, education, skills, qualifications, performance, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of Land Title’s total compensation package for employees.
