Summary Description:

The Compliance Manager is responsible for ensuring all programs, policies and practices are in compliance with company guidelines, benchmarks and applicable laws. Their primary responsibility is the oversight and integration of compliance and quality management, improvement systems/programs and reviewing/scoring Collector calls. The Compliance Manager will implement and monitor policies and practices for quality and compliance requirements.

Essential Job Duties:

Attend and participate in meetings to ensure up to date knowledge of rules, regulations and procedures.

Perform work independently and draw conclusions from written and computer generated material.

Collect accurate information, use good judgment and experience to make sound effective decisions to resolve concerns.

Job Requirements:

Must be at least 21 years of age.

Bachelor’s degree or Graduate Degree in Business.

3 years of Compliance related experience.

In depth understanding of compliance processes and guidelines.

Previous experience in a high volume & fast paced environment.

Monitor compliance of gaming centers and proper reporting of cash and suspicious activities.

Knowledgeable of and consistently follow Scarlet Pearl Casino Resort policies and procedures as well as appropriate local, state and federal regulations.

Communicate effectively with all levels of the Scarlet Pearl Casino Resort team and guests.

Strong written & verbal communication skills.

Intermediate to advanced level computer skills including Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint

Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.
