• Bachelor's degree plus five (5) years of experience in business analysis (or equivalent

• CCBA, CBAP, CFLBA, CPRE, PBA certifications preferred 
• General knowledge of methodologies and techniques for systems analysis and design, 
• business process modeling, requirements gathering, quality assurance, and software 
• development 
• Familiarity with Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK) 
• Highly proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Visio, Word, Project, Excel and other application in the Microsoft Office suite 

• Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills 
• Responds promptly to customer needs; takes a customer-centric approach to problem

• FBI background and fingerprint check is required for this position 
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business or related field 
• 8 years of IT-related or relevant enterprise project management experience including 4 years of experience as a senior project manager 
• Active and accredited project management certification required. 
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred 
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)/Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (A-CSM) 
• Certified Scrum Professional ScrumMaster (CSP-SM) 
• Professional Scrum Master (PSM) I, II, or III.
