Job Summary: The VP of Enrollment Management (VPEM) will play a pivotal role in advancing the mission and strategic goals of Lancaster Bible College | Capital Seminary & Graduate School by overseeing all aspects of enrollment management, student recruitment, admissions operations, and student experience. This person is expected to help reimagine and lead enrollment functions in the current 21st century context. This individual will lead efforts to attract, enroll, and retain a diverse and talented student body while ensuring a high-quality student experience outside of the classroom from inquiry to graduation. Joining a team of experienced, collaborative, and talented individuals, the VPEM will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the growth and success of LBC | Capital. The VPEM will consistently uphold Lancaster Bible College's commitment to embodying Christ’s directive for His diverse people to maintain the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace (Ephesians 4:1-3). This dedication involves actively pursuing God’s vision for unity among His people, as outlined in Revelation 7:9-10.
