We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Instructional Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of educational practices, a passion for teacher development, and excellent communication skills. As an Instructional Coach, you will work closely with teachers to enhance their instructional practices, improve student outcomes, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.Responsibilities:-Planning with Teachers as Partners: Collaborate with teachers to plan and implement effective instructional strategies aligned with curriculum standards and student needs.-Professional Development: Provide ongoing professional development sessions and workshops to support teachers in implementing best practices in instruction, assessment, and classroom management.-Coaching and Mentoring: Offer one-on-one coaching and mentoring sessions to teachers, providing constructive feedback, guidance, and support to enhance their teaching skills and confidence.-Data Analysis and Assessment: Analyze student data to identify trends, strengths, and areas for growth, and assist teachers in using data to inform instruction and assessment practices effectively.-Lesson Plan Development: Assist teachers in developing engaging and differentiated lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.-Model Lessons When Appropriate: Demonstrate effective teaching strategies through model lessons and co-teaching opportunities, showcasing best practices for classroom instruction.-Create Teaching Material for Educators: Develop and curate instructional resources, materials, and tools to support teachers in delivering high-quality instruction and meeting the needs of all learners.-Sharing Ideas for Differentiating Instruction: Collaborate with teachers to explore and implement strategies for differentiating instruction to meet the diverse needs of students.-Provide training and support to teachers on how to use technology tools and the district's data and learning management system effectively.
