LaMettry's Collision is Hiring a Call Center Customer Service Representative Near Inver Grove Heights, MN

LaMettry's Collision® is a local family owned and operated repair facility with 11 convenient metro locations. Our reputation for quality work, unmatched service and commitment to an exceptional customer experience has made us successful. We are currently looking for a full-time Call Center Customer Service Representative located in our Inver Grove Heights facility.

LaMettry's is known for our exceptional customer service, and we are looking for individuals who communicate clearly, are passionate about the customer, and eager to learn new skills.

Responsibilities:

- Answering incoming calls

- Transferring customer calls to File Managers at any of our 9 locations

- Calling customers to schedule an appointment after receiving an insurance assignment

- Scheduling an appointment to repair for customers calling in

- Calling and confirming appointments

- Arranging rental vehicles for customers

- Arranging for vehicles to be towed into shop

Hours: Monday thru Friday - 8:30 am to 5:30 pm

This is a full-time position that includes a benefits package.
Starting at $16-20 per hour depending on experience.
