Job Duties

This position supports the lab operating with Prometric Services. Responsible for supervising test candidates to ensure the efficient administration and execution of tests while providing the utmost level of customer service and maintaining testing integrity. This will include greeting candidates, verifying candidate information, monitoring the examination process and maintaining Prometric policies and guidelines.

Minimum Qualifications

Previous customer service experience preferred.

Computer Savvy to assist with troubleshooting
Change Prometric to testing labs
Must be available for Summers

(Seeking summer availability to start; must be enrolled in summer courses.
Typical lab hours between 7:00-5:00. This position’s preferred availability would be to support afternoon hours.)

Associate’s degree preferred

Physical Requirements

Sitting, monitoring video recording equipment, conducting physical walkthroughs of the testing area for security and test integrity.
