Lamacchia Honda is Hiring an Automotive Title Clerk Near Syracuse, NY

Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Title Clerk to join our Lamacchia team. The ideal candidate will have experience in title processing, GIS, real estate law, research, and customer service.

The Title Clerk ensures the accurate and efficient processing of vehicle titles by verifying title information is correct, maintaining knowledge of current laws regarding vehicle titles, and interacting with customers and regulatory agencies to resolve title issues.

Title Clerk Responsibilities:

  • Submit all legal transfer documents to the DMV
  • Receive and process paperwork from the F&I department
  • Prepare trade-in vehicle jackets
  • Prepare tax and title documents
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as sales agreements, tax and title documents
  • Process vehicle titles with precision and accuracy
  • Research vehicle titles and resolves issues in a timely manner
  • Meet company timelines in processing titles and resolving title issues
  • Understand and follows corresponding state title processing guidelines
  • Consistently respond to customer inquiries and requests in a professional manner within company timelines
  • Maintains a positive and professional demeanor
  • Performs administrative duties in the office such as data entry, word processing, filing, copying and other duties associated with this position
  • Other administrative duties as assigned
  • Attends pertinent training and company meetings as required

Title Clerk Qualifications

  • Prior experience as Title Clerk / DMV Clerk
  • Automotive dealership experience
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in fast paced environment team environment
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Effective time management and task prioritization

Job Type: Full-timeSalary: From $36,000.00 per yearBenefits:
