Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Cart Attendant to join our team. As a Cart Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our facility. Your friendly and helpful demeanor will contribute to creating a positive experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Retrieve and organize carts from the parking lot and return them to designated areas
- Maintain cleanliness of carts and ensure they are in good working condition
- Assist guests with loading and unloading items into their vehicles
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of the parking lot area
- Assist with crowd control during peak hours or special events
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient cart retrieval operations

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred
- Strong communication skills, including public speaking, to interact effectively with guests
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience working with children or in a family-friendly environment is a plus
- Knowledge of cash handling procedures is beneficial
- Ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting and pushing carts
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
