Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our team. As an Golf and Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing various events. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure.

Duties:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute events such as Golf Packages and weddings
- Manage all aspects of event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, and budget management
- Collaborate with clients to understand their event requirements and ensure their vision is brought to life
- Coordinate event timelines and schedules to ensure smooth execution
- Oversee event setup and breakdown, including arranging seating, decorations, and audiovisual equipment
- Manage guest services during events to ensure a positive experience for attendees
- Conduct market research to identify new event opportunities and stay updated on industry trends
- Assist with budgeting and financial management for each event
- Utilize upselling techniques to maximize revenue from events
- Coordinate with hotel and hospitality partners for accommodation arrangements
- Collaborate with banquet staff to ensure food and beverage services meet client expectations
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the event planning process

Requirements:
- Proven experience in Golf operation
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in budgeting and financial management
- Knowledge of hospitality industry practices and guest services
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality events
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet

Note: All positions at our company are paid positions.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.98 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
