Summary
Under the direction of the Customer Service Manager, the Customer Experience Specialist performs a majority of work that is technical or complex for customers and applies judgement in resolving service or technical problems within established limits. This role will research issues and present to management or the appropriate internal experts on resolutions. A smaller percentage of this role involves planning, coordinating and completing assigned projects with several cross-functional teams and departments. These projects tend to vary in length and complexity but are not permanent. This role also provides direction to others.
