Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic and responsible individuals to join our team as Ride Operators. As a Ride Operator, you will play a key role in ensuring the safety and enjoyment of our guests at our amusement park. This is a paid position that offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fun and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Operate amusement park rides and attractions, following all safety protocols and procedures
- Ensure the safe boarding and disembarking of guests from rides
- Assist guests with securing safety restraints and provide clear instructions on ride procedures
- Monitor ride operations to identify and resolve any issues or malfunctions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of ride areas, including queue lines and ride platforms
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a friendly and professional manner
- Adhere to all food service guidelines if assigned to work at food stands or concessions
-MUST be available to work WEEKENDS -- BOTH Saturdays and Sundays ALL SUMMER thru mid-September
Experience:
- Previous experience in events management, lifeguarding, conflict management, hospitality, theater, cash handling, guest services, public speaking, or food service is a plus
- Experience working with children is highly desirable
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of attentiveness and focus on guest safety
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact positively with guests of all ages
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented setting

Pay: From $14.50 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 40 per week
