**Job Overview:**
We are seeking people willing to learn and do fence installation. The ideal candidate will have experience with hand and power tools, carpentry, and building fences. If you have a background in landscape maintenance, frame carpentry, concrete forming, welding, hardscaping, or concrete finishing, we encourage you to apply. Even if you don't have a background in fence installation, but you are able bodied and willing and able to dig holes, lift metal fencing, mix and pour concrete, please apply.
**Responsibilities:**
- Install various types of fences, mainly metal at the moment.
- Measure and mark fence lines according to specifications
- Dig post holes and set posts in concrete
- Assemble and attach rails and pickets to create the fence panels
- Ensure fences are level and secure
- Repair or replace damaged fences as needed
**Qualifications:**
- Proficiency with hand tools such as saws, drills, and hammers
- Ability to operate power tools safely and effectively
- Experience in landscape maintenance is a plus
- Familiarity with concrete forming and finishing methods
- Welding skills for metal fence installation
- Strong attention to detail and precision in workmanship
