Lakeshore Talent is working with a homebuilder in Denver for a detail-oriented and organized permits coordinator to join their team.
The permits coordinator will be responsible for managing the permitting process for building projects, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and requirements.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of local building codes and regulations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Location- Centennial, CO
Contract Length 4 months to start, with opportunity to go perm
Pay $24-29 / hr, depending on experience
