Lakeshore Talent is currently seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for one of our clients in Manufacturing located in Thornton, CO.
This is a full-time position paying $83,320 110,400 (depending on experience). Typical hours are Monday Thursday.
Job Overview :
As Maintenance Supervisor, you will need to evaluate all equipment repairs to determine if the equipment has gone beyond its useful life (predictive maintenance).
Oversee maintenance operations and manage all maintenance team members.
Job Duties :
- Develop and update the annual team budget.
- Troubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipment.
- Fabricate new production machinery and new equipment and / or parts.
- Rebuild existing machinery in the plant when needed.
- Set policy and manage spare parts inventory.
- Supervise and develop maintenance team members.
- Participate in the factory central leadership team.
Qualifications :
- Associate degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance.
- Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Intermediate computer skills to enter and utilize the maintenance software tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Stay up to date on trends and innovations that can impact operational costs and make improvements.
