Position Overview:

As the Personal Training Director at Lakeshore Sport & Fitness, you'll be at the forefront of our mission to empower individuals to lead healthier, happier lives. You'll play a crucial role in shaping the direction of our personal training program, driving revenue growth, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:

• Setting and exceeding personal training revenue goals, as well as contributing to overall programming revenue growth.
• Developing and executing a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy to attract and retain personal training clients.
• Ensuring the integrity of our personal training program and guest experience through effective prospecting, orientation, and ongoing support.
• Leading, training, scheduling, and motivating our team of personal trainers to deliver exceptional results for our clients.
• Fostering creativity and innovation within the personal training department to enhance service offerings and client engagement.
• Demonstrating a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development to stay abreast of industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in personal training and fitness management, with a proven track record of exceeding expectations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a health-related field preferred.
• Strong sales and marketing skills, with a passion for driving revenue growth and client satisfaction.
• CPR certification required, or willingness to obtain upon hire.
