We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment processes for US positions, including branding and advertising jobs, sourcing and developing talent pools, interviewing and screening candidates and tool management. You will support the HR team on wider projects related to employer value proposition, training, development, reporting and analytics.

About you
4 years of managing the end-to-end recruitment, ideally in a startup or fast growing environment.
Experience in sourcing, assessing and effectively communicating with passive and active candidates.
Excited about branding, marketing who we are and what we stand for as a company and team.
Drive ideas forward into projects that improve and scale candidate and interviewer experience.
Love data and leverage information to make improvements and suggestions.
Solution orientated, like to see results and the outcomes of your work.
Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, labour market conditions, and competitor practices.
Location: San Francisco

Compensation and Benefits: Our total compensation package is a blend of salary, equity, and benefits.
