About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Manager to lead the Commercial Banking Early Career Development Program as the Development Manager in a specific Early Talent location center. In this role, you will: Lead the Commercial Banking Early Career Development Program in one of the main location centers. Be responsible for constructing the programming experiences include the program rotations and programming opportunities. Support a number of Analysts and Interns as a line manager, while also providing talent management, personalized development and career coaching. Provide training and development to Analysts and Interns including credit and professional skills training, aligned with overall program curriculum. Drive program design execution, develop and implement go-forward strategy and partner with key stakeholders across the Commercial Banking organization. Support the build out of the new program, and transition to steady state execution. Work closely with the Head of CB Early Talent and other key business stakeholders to ensure the program meets the current and future needs of the business and aligns with Early Talent needs and expectations. Ensure consistency of programming and experiences, developing a One Commercial Banking approach while also engaging with talent on an individual basis to personalize their experience. Provide oversight of rotational experiences, working closely with managers to create consistency and improve outcomes. Work closely with cross functional teams as needed, including partnering with Enterprise Early Talent team and Learning & Development functions. Support Analyst and Intern development journey, building on program structure to support individual development needs. Coordinate with various business leaders and the Enterprise Recruiting team to support Analyst and Intern hiring, team/location selection, and various business level needs. Manage and develop complex teams handling multifaceted tasks and operations for a single business group within a line of business. Engage business stakeholders in integrating or implementing business execution initiatives. Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement, redesign, change management initiatives, and risk control development. Make decisions and resolve issues regarding operations of the team to meet business objectives. Interpret and develop policies and procedures aligned with Wells Fargo's business line objectives. Collaborate and consult with immediate colleagues and cross functional business partners. Interact directly with executive management to influence, optimize, and negotiate on business operations related to Strategy and Execution Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Business Execution. Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent. Required Qualifications, US: 4 years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education 2 years Leadership experience Desired Qualifications: Prior experience working within or closely with Commercial Banking, demonstrating an understanding of the business, roles and key attributes necessary to be successful. Demonstrated experience in Program Management, Product Management, and/or Project Management through previous roles, showing ability to move an initiative forward. Understanding of talent management with a focus on early careers talent. Passion for training and development, with an ability to deliver training materials and coach both on an individual basis and in a group setting. Strong written and verbal and interpersonal communication skills as this role will require a strong ability to communicate with a variety of audiences. Ability to manage a dynamic workload, balancing multiple priorities. Passion for supporting Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. Knowledge of Commercial Banking in the specific location is a plus.
