PRN Rate $45.57 hourly plus $6.00 diff for floating
Requirements for Staffing Resource Department PRN Positions
1. You are required to float to all Med/Surg, PCU, BH, Inpt Rehab units, as well as modified assignments on MBU (team takes care of baby) and ICU (no ventilators/vasopressors).
2. You are aware that as a PRN staff member, you will not earn ETO and do not qualify for the benefits at LRH.
3. You are required to Self-schedule your authorized hours in the open schedule period. If you miss the deadline, team leaders will place you were the need is and you are responsible to work that shift. Once the schedule is posted, it is your responsibility to cover or switch shifts if needed.
4. You must complete nine orientation shifts within the first 30 days of hire.
5. You must work one shift a week/ 24 hours per pay period.
6. One of your 4 shifts per schedule must be a weekend shift.
7. You are required to work one winter and one summer holiday. Signups are first come. If a holiday is full, you must choose another.
8. You must maintain and complete all LRH education by the scheduled deadlines.
