POSITION TITLE: Facilities Specialist (Full-Time)
JOB SUMMARY: The Facilities Specialist is responsible for overseeing general construction projects, managing the LMHC Fleet Lease program, handling all maintenance for the organization, managing facility-related contracts, and handling all insurance contracts (Property, Liability and Auto) for the organization as well as other duties to support the general operations of LMHC.
QUALIFICATIONS: Associate’s degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must maintain a valid driver’s license.
