Immediately hiring! Full-time and Part-Time Social Workers
At Lakehouse Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center, formally known as Walker Methodist Health Center, we are looking to hire a passionate Social Services Specialist or Licensed Social Worker interested in working with older adults in a post-acute setting.

This exempt M-F position is for our secure memory care unit for residents with cognitive limitations.
What you will bring to the table:
- Associates degree or higher in Behavioral or Social Science or related field
- Ability to organize work flow with timely follow through
- Sincere and strong interest in serving aging residents and their families
- Role model of the highest quality of customer service
Preferred:
- Experience working with the geriatric population
- Experience in Point Click Care
