Position: Veterinary Assistant/Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:

• Assist veterinarians and technicians in providing top-notch care to our furry friends.
• Handle customer inquiries, appointments, and ensure a positive client experience.
• Maintain a quick pace in a bustling office environment, showcasing the ability to work independently.

Qualifications:

• Experience in a similar role as an assistant, technician, or customer service representative is preferred.
• Strong soft skills for effective customer service.
• Willingness to cross-train for various responsibilities.
