Lake Valley Seed, a wholesale garden seed packaging company, is seeking an adaptable, flexible person with a great attitude and strong work ethic to join our team. This is a full-time, hourly position. Our business is highly cyclical, so the tasks performed will vary depending upon the time of year.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Maintaining strong customer relationships through valued customer service
- Answer, make calls and emails to clients to learn about and address their needs with products or services
- Identify the customer’s needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide solutions in a timely manner
- Utilize software, databases, and tools appropriately
- Accurately document customer interaction in Company’s CRM system
- Other duties and tasks as assigned

Basic Qualifications

- Ability to manage and prioritize simultaneous projects to meet deadlines
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment under minimal supervision
- High attention to detail
- Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills, and professional phone voice
- Proficiency with computers, Microsoft Office 365 and especially CRM software
- Should have an inherent ability to connect with others
- Must be able to work with customers with varied levels of technology and backgrounds
- An interest in gardening is a plus.
