Business Process Outsourcing Project Manager / 6-month Contract

Do you excel working on Human Resources and Finance projects across a variety of capabilities and functional areas, and work well in a collaborative environment? Have you evaluated companies in their capabilities for outsourcing corporate business functions? Do you have RFP writing, evaluation experience and facilitation skills to help provide the best solutions for unique business issues and opportunities our client faces?

The Skills You Bring

· Leader with best practices in selecting and implementing business processing outsourcing in medium to large business environment.

· Develops Request-for-proposals (RFPs), leads vendor evaluations and integrates into vendor solutions.

· Manages and monitors projects budget, scope, schedule, progress, and risks.

· Manages stakeholder engagement and expectations during the lifecycle of the project.

· Leads meetings, presents findings, and effectively and proactively leads priorities, timelines, and deadlines.

· Performs issues and risk management, tracking, prioritization, resolution facilitation, reporting and trending analysis.

The Expertise You Have

· Minimum of 5 years’ experience in project management.

· Experience with functional outsourcing to onshore (US) or offshore (non-US) providers.

· Minimum of 5 years of experience with project management process, methodologies, and techniques.

· Exposure to human resources related functions (e.g., hiring, onboarding, talent management) or finance related functions (e.g., AP/AR/GL).

· Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.

· Excellent written and oral communications and facilitation skills.
