Position Description:The successful candidate will play a critical role in the day-to-day operations of the Business Office including providing administrative and organizational support to the Finance Coordinator. The job includes:1.Preparation and reconciliation of the district’s biweekly payrolls2.Quarterly and annual tax reporting3.Monthly MainePERS reports, monthly insurance billings, ongoing maintenance of employee files4.Workers Compensation and other tasks as assigned5.Employee will be cross-trained in other business office duties6.Excellent verbal, written communication and computer skills required7.Must be able to design and maintain Excel spreadsheets/Google sheets and manage documents using MS Office and Google Docs8.Individual must have the ability to prioritize multiple tasks, maintain confidentiality, attention to detail, maintain a positive and professional attitude, and be a team player●Full-year position, 40 hours per week with an excellent benefit package including:1.Health/Dental Insurance2.Paid vacation3.Paid Sick Time4.Access to 403 (b) voluntary retirement plansSalary Range:●Commensurate with education and experience
