Lake Oak Meadows is a one of a kind wedding venue located in the heart of the beautiful Temecula Wine Country. If you love event planning, and all things weddings, you may be a great candidate for one of our essential Venue Administrator.
Venue Administrator are the first point of contact for potential new clients, and have the last touch on all final wedding file details of the day of each wedding. This job is suited for professionals who can handle a lot in any given day, from new inquiry emails and phone calls, to serving existing clients on wedding planning details, venue package tracking, wedding calendar management, training, and much more.
Our candidates must posses excellence in organization, verbal and written professionalism, proficient in Mac OS and Google products, and have team mentality and is able to collaborate and participate in weekly planning meetings.
