Using our core values of integrity, love, humility, and courage as a guide, you’ll help develop a team of amazing people, serving amazing drinks, amazingly fast. If coffee is new to you, don’t worry. We’ll teach you everything you need to know!

Hours: Flexible schedule with morning and daytime shifts available

Responsibilities:

• Leading your shift team– including morning rushes, middays, and closes

• Training new Baristas 

• Perform shift opening and closing duties as assigned

• Greet customers, take orders, prepare and serve beverages and food

• Clean, sanitize and maintain the store

• Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed

• Stock and replenish food, beverages, and utensils as needed

• Efficiently serve customers by being knowledgeable of offerings

• Research and resolve quality and service complaints and/or issues 

• Assist with receiving, unloading, and distributing deliveries 

• Additional duties as assigned
