This is your opportunity to join a public charter school in the Lake Country area of Wisconsin.
Lake Country Classical Academy is looking for a Facilities Assistant to work at their two campuses.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Must have the ability to work in a team environment and successfully and positively communicate with supervisor, members of other departments, parents, and vendors.
Performs maintenance on exterior and interior of buildings, repairs or replacement related to plumbing fixtures, carpentry, electrical fixtures, etc.
Maintains heating and air conditioning.
Performs exterior repairs or replacements related to roofs, soffits, siding, gutters, downspouts, windows and screens, and more. Investigates and resolves maintenance work orders.
Maintains sidewalks and parking lots by keeping them clean and free of debris in all seasons including some snow removal and salt application, if necessary.
Serves as parking lot assistant during drop off and pick up times of students, and during daily recesses.
Performs janitorial services at both locations. Duties consist of trash removal, vacuuming and mopping floors, and sweeping hallways. Must be available in the evenings and weekends during school events.
Completes accurate paperwork, records, and documents.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: At least 18 years old. Driving record in good standing. High school diploma. 1 year experience in a related field. HVAC, electrical and/or plumbing certificate is desired.
