Role : Oracle Cloud Customer Experience

Location : Fort Lauderdale, FL (onsite role)

• CX SME
• Demonstrate expert knowledge of Oracle Cx Cloud modules covering Subscription Cloud Service basic understanding of Oracle Order Management module
• Write/Review business requirement documents for reports, interfaces, data conversions and application extensions.
• Must deliver functional specifications documentations for RICEFW.
• Analyze business needs to help ensure Oracle solution meets the customer’s objectives by combining industry best practices, product knowledge, and business acumen
• Should have at least 2 End to End cloud implementation experience"

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $80.00 - $85.00 per hour
