Preferably a minimum of 1 year in a bartender position within the restaurant industry. Must be able to speak clearly and listen attentively to guests, supervisors, and team members. Must be customer sensitive and possess a sense of timing so that service excellence can be properly executed. Must be able to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for periods of up to 4 hours in length. Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the primary language of the work location. Must have basic knowledge of beer, wine and spirits and be familiar with standard drink recipes. Must be service and team oriented, having tremendous ability to work with others in a team environment.
