We are looking for a full-time team member with a positive attitude to join our team. This position is full time and in-person. We are a super busy, small office. The perfect candidate is someone with escrow/title experience and great customer service. We are looking for a team member who is enthusiastic, detail oriented, dedicated and great with computers and paperwork. We are looking for the right candidate who is knowledgeable and excited to join our team on a long-term basis and help us grow.

We are a legal document service. We assist clients with various real estate documents, setting up corporations/LLC's, probate, estate planning and divorce. We need a team member who has the ability meet and explain documents to clients and close deals and collect payment.

Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound telephone calls with confidence
• Charge clients for services and create QuickBooks receipts
• Create all new client files (both digital and paper files)
• Schedule consultation appointments
• Greet and assist onsite clients
• Learn and implement our existing filing systems

Qualifications:

• Previous experience or knowledge in legal, title, escrow or real estate
• Excellent customer service
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• ​Strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook including Excel
• Notary Public
