Laguna Dermatology is Hiring a Front Desk Dental Receptionist Near Forest, CA

We are looking for a temporary receptionist to help us cover for maternity leave. However, if its a great fit, we are open to hiring for a permanent position. We hope you are looking for a place to utilize your skills, experience, and desire to shine in customer service. We are looking for a bright and detail oriented front office receptionist, someone that is looking for a great office to grow and dedicate their skills in. This is an ENTRY LEVEL position, with no glass ceilings. We can train you to learn all aspects of dentistry for anyone looking to get into a career in the dental field.
We are a fast growing dental office that is not afraid of training the RIGHT person that exhibits a great sense of personality, professionalism, communication skills and attention to detail. If you have experience working in a bank, customer service rep, or office reception, then we would love to have the opportunity to discuss with you what options you can have in our office to grow and thrive in a successful dental office that treats patients the right way! We have had a lot of success with helping people grow into the field of dentistry with several employees entering dental and dental hygiene school.

Professionally answer phone calls, emails and texts messages
Opening and closing procedures
Verification of dental insurances
Check in and check out patients
Book appointments
