Responsibilities:
- Provide program and immigration information to prospective students
- Educate applicants on program requirements, curriculum, and campus resources
- Answer correspondence regarding the admissions process
- Maintain accurate records of applicant data

- Process student requests for certificates, transcripts, letters, ID cards, and transfers

- Attention to detail and ability to work with accuracy
- Familiarity with student recruitment strategies and best practices

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

• Vienna, VA 22182: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
