RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Helping to install, repair, and maintain plumbing and piping systems, pumps, and filters.
• Conducting routine inspections of premises and equipment.
• Performing preventative maintenance and handling basic repairs.
• Diagnosing mechanical issues and repairing machines, equipment, or structures as necessary.

DUTIES:

• Install and repair cables and wiring.
• Diagnose root cause of electrical malfunctions.
• Inspect and test machinery and equipment.
• Troubleshoot current HVAC system issues.
• Repair damaged HVAC systems.

Familiarity with water pumps and plumbing is a plus.
