The Supply Chain Operational Excellence team embraces problem-solving and leadership as the keys to continuous improvement, driving overall business transformation.

The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a subject matter expert on LHD Supply Chain projects. This role will work in 

conjunction with the Head of Supply Chain Operational Excellence to deliver overall project goals on time and in budget. This Manager is specifically responsible for leading process definition, system testing, training, organizational change management, and liaising with IT, Supply Chain, Plant, Co-Man, and DC’s for all assigned projects.

Key responsibilities for this position include:

• Lead Process Definition: Within the scope of the assigned project(s), lead process definition and documentation that supports the overall goals and objectives with future growth and inter-company connectivity as part of that design.
• Organizational Change Management: Lead overall change management for each project ensuring successful launch and adoption to meet overall company goals and effective turn over to the Business at completion.
• Liaison with Broader Organization: Ensure alignment and engagement with key stakeholders across both the IT, Supply Chain Partners, Plants, and 3PL’s.
• Collaboration on priorities: Work closely with Director, Supply Chain Transformation to ensure that priorities of work, key milestones, and road-blocks as well as wins are clearly communicated and tracked.

Qualified applicants will contribute the following:

Education and Experience

• B.S. in SC Management or related fields 
• Minimum of 7 years in supply chain functions, Minimum of 5 years in CPG industry preferred
• Experience with SAP, SAP BW/AFO is a plus
