The PM Server Assistant plays a very important role in fine dining. The primary purpose of the Server Assitant is to facilitate five star service as part of the service brigade with the ultimate goal of providing every guest with a memorable and unique experience.

As a Lacroix Server Assistant you will be required to report to your work area at your scheduled time in full uniform, including nametag.

Lacroix’s Server Assistants are responsible for pre-shift duties, which include :

• Linen retrieval and organization
• Glassware polishing (Subject to spot checking by MOD or Servers)
• Organizing and stocking of assigned station with all necessary tools such as : silverware, glassware and china
• Water and coffee service
• Preparing cordles irons for service

• Work schedule varies and may include working on holidays and weekends.
• Requires standing for extended periods, walking, pushing, lifting up to 50 pounds, bending and reaching, stooping, kneeling, or crouching.
