Position: Order/Data Entry / Customer Service
Pay Rate: Starting rate of pay is $15.00/hour.
Shift: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm

Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Attention to detail in receiving/enter freight orders into software, following with customers to ensure all necessary information is obtained.
- Accuracy is a must.
- Verify data by comparing it to the source documentation.
- Update existing data.
- Sort and organize paperwork after entering data.
- 1-2 years of basic Microsoft Excel and Outlook experience
- 1-2 years of an office environment experience
Requirements and Skills:
- Proven experience as data entry clerk.
- Fast typing skills, basic understanding of databases.
- Able to collaborate quickly, effectively, and efficiently.
- Attendance is mandatory.
- Customer Service friendly.
- Able to work independently and as a team.
NOTE: We are looking for candidates with prior transportation experience for the above clerical position - REQUIRED
