Position: Accounts Receivable Specialist - Bank Deposits
Pay Rate: Starting rate of pay is $15.00/hour.
Shift: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm

Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Attention to detail to scan and process invoices, match BOLs to PODs.
- Call customers for missing PODs.
- Accuracy is a must.
- Verify data by comparing it to the source documentation.
- 1-2 years of A/R and Banking experience.
- 1-2 years of an office environment experience.
Requirements and Skills
- Proven experience as an Accounts Receivable.
- Fast typing skills, basic understanding of databases.
- Able to collaborate quickly, effectively, and efficiently.
- Attendance is mandatory.
- Customer Service friendly.
- Able to work independently and as a team.
NOTE: We are looking for candidates with prior transportation experience for the above clerical position - REQUIRED
