Maintenance Technician
Manufacturing company has an opportunity for an industrial maintenance technician. The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter with good problem-solving abilities.
Primary Job Responsibility’s:
You will be expected to repair and maintain all manufacturing equipment, plant utilities and building systems. This will include mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical repairs on equipment.
Duties will include:
Repair malfunctioning production machines, material handling equipment, and building systems. Repair or rebuild production machines and material handling equipment.
Perform repairs on electrical/electronic equipment to include: motor replacement, fuses,
motor brushes, overloads, sensors, switches, plc’s, and controls.
Perform preventive maintenance and lubrication of machinery and material handling equipment.
Perform maintenance to building systems.
Operate various industrial vehicles used in machinery moving, material moving, or snow removal.
Assists in the installation and relocation of machinery and production support equipment. Meet or exceed quality and productivity standards.
Keep work area clean and orderly and properly maintain parts and materials inventories.
All employees are expected to follow established safety procedures, working procedures, and be responsible for their own work, under minimal supervision and instruction.
