We are seeking a strong Product Designer / Developer — an innovator with a passion for driving product experience to the next level.

In this Product Developer role, you would collaborate across multiple teams, working especially closely with the technical co-founders, full-stack engineers, and product designers to create intuitive and easy-to-use solutions for new and existing software applications. The Product Designer / Developer takes pride in the experiences they create, blending form & function to extract simplicity from complex business and industry requirements. Combining design with code, the Product Designer / Developer recognizes they have few peers, but stay humble in pursuit of their expression of creativity and love of the craft.

What You'll Do:

  • Be an A Player
  • Work on a team of A-players
  • Design with code in mind and code with design in mind
  • Thing big, ship small (and frequently)
  • Work elbow-to-elbow with engineers and designers
  • Talk with and advocate for customers, daily
  • Have an ownership mentality, you work independently and proactively
  • Have a seat at the table and actively contribute to product vision
  • Freely give and receive feedback with the intent of positively impacting those around you

  • Work with product managers — we don't have any

What You'll Need:

  • 6 years experience with SaaS product design and front-end development
  • Expertise in Figma and Zeplin (Adobe CC never hurts)
  • Experience creating and developing design systems
  • Strong in HTML / CSS (SASS) and other relevant front-end languages
  • A solid understanding of user-centered design principles
  • Experience designing for mobile, web and native applications
  • Exquisite communication skills to ensure colleague, client and stakeholder alignment
  • Opinions, philosophies, and viewpoints
  • Knowledge of how and when to use a wide variety of tools: fat-marker sketches, whiteboards, user journey maps, wireframes, clickable/coded prototypes, stackblitzs, codpens, etc
