DESIGNER

Our team needs Designers to work with our clients and sales staff to develop interior design plans, deliver in-store client presentations and conduct in-home client house calls.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Demonstrates a high level of creativity.
  • Design certification preferred.
  • Able to work varied shifts, hours and days including some weekends and holidays
  • Associates Degree in Interior Design or equivalent work experience.
  • Highly productive with minimal guidance or supervision.
  • Sets high expectations. Drives performance towards outstanding results.
  • Ability to develop rapport with clients and maintain working relationships.
  • Clearly communicates and effectively listens to clients wants, needs, and desires.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for In-Home Design program.
  • Showroom visual merchandising
  • Achieve Design certification through La-Z-Boy programs
  • Achieve personal sales/design goals
  • Utilize In-Home Design Program to create sales
  • Ensure each customer has informative, positive experience.
