About The Job

In this position, you’ll join a team of experienced Interior Designers with an average of 20 years experience at Kittle's, who pride themselves in their knowledge of Art, Design skills and their ability to connect with their customers. Kittle's offers a team of experienced professionals who may assist you as yougrow in the Interior Design field.

We are seeking a Commission Sales Interior Designer to become part of our team! You will plan, design and furnish the interiors of residential, commercial, and/or industrial buildings.

Responsibilities:

  • Formulate designs that are aesthetic and conducive to the client
  • Prepare sales tickets for customer orders based on designs 
  • Calculate the specifications and cost of materials for construction
  • Select design components to create a unique and purposeful space
  • Create client, vendor, and consultant relationships
  • Develop sketches and documentation for client presentation

Qualifications:

  • A degree in Interior design or another related field
  • 5 years of design or furniture sales experience
  • Familiarity with design software
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Ability to thrive in a sales environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
