Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. Responsibilities: - Greet customers and assist them in finding the products they need - Provide product information and answer any questions or concerns - Recommend additional items to enhance the customer's shopping experience - Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the Aloha POS system - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and arranging displays - Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise - Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service - Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner - Follow all food safety guidelines and ensure compliance with industry regulations Skills: - Strong math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating discounts - Knowledge of retail math for pricing and promotions - Familiarity with food safety practices in the food industry - Basic math skills for inventory management and sales calculations - Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively - Exceptional customer service skills to provide a positive shopping experience - Experience using the Aloha POS system or similar point-of-sale software is a plus - Previous experience in the food service or retail industry is preferred We offer competitive pay rates and opportunities for career growth within our company.
