Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Bread Baker to join our team. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking French Baguettes, Italian Focaccia (Schiacciata) breads as well as other artisan breads, ensuring quality and consistency in every product. If you have a love for baking and enjoy creating delicious treats, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and bake bread products

- Follow recipes and measurements accurately to ensure consistent results

- Ensure proper food safety and sanitation practices are followed at all times

- Maintain inventory of baking ingredients and supplies

- Collaborate with the team to develop new recipes and menu items

- Assist with catering orders and special requests as needed

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a Bread Baker

- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

- Excellent time management skills to meet production deadlines

- Ability to work well in a team setting and take direction from supervisors

- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
