- Run night audit and print audit reports.
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring accuracy of information and resolving any issues or concerns
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries, providing information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with empathy and professionalism, escalating to management when necessary
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, including the lobby.
```Requirements```
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations preferred
- Knowledge of phone systems and proper phone etiquette
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on providing exceptional guest experiences
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
