Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as repairing machinery, equipment, or systems
- Conduct inspections to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and plumbing problems
- Utilize logic controllers and other technical tools to diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions
- Fabricate or modify parts as needed using welding or other relevant techniques
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while performing maintenance tasks

Skills:
- Strong electrical knowledge and ability to work with electrical systems
- Leadership skills to effectively coordinate maintenance activities and supervise others if necessary
- Proficiency in welding and fabrication techniques for equipment repair or modification
- Familiarity with logic controllers and other technical tools used in troubleshooting and repair
- Mechanical knowledge to diagnose and fix issues with machinery or equipment
- Fluency in English for effective communication with team members and supervisors
- Experience in facilities maintenance, including HVAC, plumbing, and general repairs
- Ability to use a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for record keeping and scheduling
