As a Hotel Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that all guest rooms and common areas are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. ```Responsibilities```

- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting furniture, and vacuuming carpets

- Inspection of Rooms

- Replenish amenities and supplies in guest rooms

- Clean and maintain common areas such as hallways, lobbies, and public restrooms

- Ensure that all areas meet established cleanliness standards

- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department

- Respond promptly to guest requests for housekeeping services

- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor when interacting with guests

```Requirements```

- Previous experience in custodial or housekeeping management required

- Knowledge of floor care techniques and industrial cleaning equipment

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

- Excellent time management skills and ability to work efficiently

- Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team

- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed

- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects
