- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring accuracy of information and providing necessary assistance
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries, providing information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
- Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and efficiently, ensuring guest satisfaction
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions
- Assist with reservations and room assignments, ensuring proper allocation of rooms based on guest preferences
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, including the lobby and reception area
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations and excellent guest experiences
- Follow all hotel policies and procedures to ensure safety, security, and confidentiality of guest information
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in hospitality management or related field is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Bilingual proficiency in English and [additional language] is a plus
- Knowledge of front desk operations and hotel systems (e.g., reservation systems, phone systems)
