La Quinta Inns & Suites By Wyndham Orem University Pwy/Provo in Orem, UT is looking for one front desk agent to join our strong team. We are located on 521 West University Parkway. Our ideal candidate is attentive, punctual, and engaged. We are looking for Night Audit Position (11pm-7AM) Thursday, Friday & Saturday.
Responsibilities
- *Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner *Answer and screen phone calls *Organize and schedule meetings as needed *Maintaining office cleanliness and organization of resources
Qualifications
- *Proven experience working as a front desk agent or similar position *Knowledge of spreadsheets and word processing documents *Excellent customer service skills and courteous phone manner *Time-management and organizational skills
